Shipping
Every order is packed at our studio in Coimbatore and sent by tracked courier anywhere in India.
Packing takes 1–2 business days after payment, on top of the transit time above. Metro cities typically see faster delivery within the stated window; remote and rural PIN codes may take 1–2 extra days.
We send the tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves Coimbatore. We deliver within India only.

Who we are

What we collect
- Your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email, when you place an order or make an account
- A GSTIN and company name, only if you ask for a GST invoice
- Artwork, photos or text you upload on the Customise page
- Your order history, wishlist and basket
- Reviews and messages you send us
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant, under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To pack, ship and deliver your order, and to send updates on WhatsApp, SMS or email
- To answer your questions and handle exchanges
- To keep invoices and tax records as the law requires
- To send offers, only if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to complete your order: our courier partners (name, phone and address), Razorpay (to take payment), and Supabase, which hosts our database. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for 8 years, as Indian tax law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Uploaded artwork is deleted 90 days after your order is delivered.
Your choices
You can see and change your details on your account page. To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, write to vorexa.in@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. This policy follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Cookies and storage
The site stores your basket, wishlist and sign-in in your browser so they are still there when you come back. We do not use advertising trackers.

Products and prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We try to show colours and prints accurately, but screens vary and small differences are not a fault. We can correct a pricing mistake before your order ships; if we do, we offer you the right price or a full refund.
Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you see an order number. We can cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Payment
We take UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery. You can also order on WhatsApp and pay us directly.
Customised pieces
When you send artwork, photos or text for a customised piece, you confirm you have the right to use them. We can refuse designs that are offensive, infringe someone else's rights, or cannot be printed well. We confirm the price with you before printing, and customised pieces cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
Shipping
We ship within India only. See the Shipping page for charges and times. Delivery dates are estimates and can be delayed by the courier, the weather or holidays.

Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Our content
The designs, photos, logo and text on this site belong to Vorexa. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Law and disputes
These terms follow Indian law. Any dispute is heard by the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Please contact us first; most problems are sorted out in a message.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel a ready-made order for a full refund until it is packed, usually within a few hours of ordering. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customised orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
Exchanges
We do not accept returns. Ready-made pieces can be exchanged for another size within 7 days of delivery, if they are unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Exchanges are for size only. Customised pieces cannot be exchanged. The Exchanges page explains how.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We collect it at our cost and send a replacement. If we cannot replace it, we give you a full refund. This applies to customised pieces as well.

How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (the same UPI ID, card or bank account) within 7–10 working days of approval. How quickly it shows depends on your bank. Shipping charges are refunded only when the fault is ours.

Exchanges
We don't take returns, but if the size is wrong we'll swap it.
Size exchange within 7 days
Ask within 7 days of delivery to exchange a ready-made piece for another size. It must be unworn, unwashed and have its tags attached. Exchanges are for size only, not for a different colour or design.
What we can't exchange
- Customised or made-to-order pieces, which are printed for you and can't be returned or exchanged
- Pieces that have been worn or washed, or have had their tags removed
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
Our mistake, our cost
If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered (customised pieces included), message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We collect it at our cost and send a replacement. If we can't replace it, we refund you in full.
When a refund applies
We refund only when a damaged or wrong item can't be replaced, when the size you need for an exchange is out of stock, or when we cancel an order. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.

What we use
We favor natural and low-impact fabrics — cotton, linen, and blends sourced from mills in Tamil Nadu. Where we can get the same quality closer to home, we do. Shorter supply chains mean less transit, less waste, and more accountability on our end.
Who makes it
Every Vorexa piece is cut and stitched at our own facility in Coimbatore — not outsourced to a factory we've never visited. Our tailoring team is paid fairly, works reasonable hours, and has a direct line to us if something isn't right.
Why we don't do "seasons"
We release fewer collections, and we make close to what we expect to sell. No warehouses of unsold stock, no constant markdowns to clear it. If a piece sells out, we restock it — we don't replace it with something new just to keep up.
What you unbox
Our mailers and boxes use recycled and recyclable materials wherever available, and we've cut plastic from our packaging where we can. It's not perfect yet — we're working on it every year.
We don't have this fully figured out. Responsibility is a direction, not a finish line, and we'll keep sharing updates on this page as we improve.
The Vorexa Universe

Where it started
Coimbatore has spun cotton into cloth for over a century — its mills once clothed half the country. Vorexa grew out of that same ground: it started with one person, and grew into a small team of designers and tailors who grew up around spinning wheels and stitching lines, and who wanted to build a label that respected that craft without being stuck in its past.
We're not trying to reinvent the loom. We're using what this city already does better than almost anywhere else — yarn, weave, finish — and putting it into clothing built for now.
Clothes, not costumes
Vorexa makes fewer things, made better. Every piece starts as a pattern tested against real movement — sitting, walking, reaching, a full day worn — before it ever reaches a rack. No trend chasing, no seasonal noise. Just considered basics and outerwear you'll still reach for in three years.
We're building Vorexa slowly, on purpose — one city, one facility, one fabric mill relationship at a time. If that sounds slower than most clothing brands move, it is. That's the point.
About Vorexa
Vorexa began as a one-person startup, founded by a former 9-to-5 employee who spent years stuck behind a desk in a job that left no room for movement or imagination. After leaving the grind behind, the founder trained for years to become a karate master — and along the way, discovered a passion for sporty, expressive fashion that could keep up with an active life.
That passion became Vorexa: a label built on bold graphics, comfortable fits and a playful spirit, made for people who move, train and live without slowing down. What one person started, a small team of designers and tailors in Coimbatore now builds together.

Any of our plain pieces can carry your own artwork, a name, a number or a photo. Build it here, and we confirm the exact price with you on WhatsApp before anything is printed.

Press send there and we will reply with the price. If your artwork did not upload, attach it in the same chat. Nothing is charged or printed until you confirm.

Printing is quoted per job, because it changes with the artwork, the number of colours, the print size and how many pieces you need. We give you the figure on WhatsApp before anything is made — there is no charge for asking.
